Joel E. Benecke, Esq.
Mr. Benecke is an experienced trial attorney with a highly developed understanding of courtroom tactics and strategies. He has argued cases in numerous Pennsylvania state and federal courts, where he has successfully defended hundreds of clients on a broad range of criminal charges and represented individual and corporate clients in complex civil litigation.
Mr. Benecke received his Juris Doctorate from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he won awards for trial and appellate advocacy.
While attending law school, Mr. Benecke served as full time Judicial Aide to the Honorable Marlene F. Lachman in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Benecke is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served as an active duty Combat Medical Corpsman with the Navy and Marine Corps for over five years.
In addition to having acted as an on-air legal consultant for NBC, Mr. Benecke’s practice focuses on white-collar and felony criminal cases, business law, civil litigation, and crisis management.
